My Story

Anita Huller is a pharmacist born in Brazil who embarked on her yoga journey as a teacher in 2004. Transitioning to full-time teaching in 2006, she managed her own studio for nine years before moving to the USA in 2015, where she is now based in the Lake Norman area just outside Charlotte, NC.

With extensive experience and a deep passion for teaching, Anita specializes in blending traditional yoga teachings with contemporary science. Her approach is informed by a profound understanding of anatomy and physiology, enhanced by her studies in Brazil, India, and the USA. She holds several certifications, including a Master’s degree in Hatha Yoga (500 hours), Vinyasa Yoga (500 hours), Restorative Yoga (Levels 1 and 2), Yoga Nidra, Pre-Natal Yoga, and Yoga for Athletes.

Committed to continuous learning and growth, she ensures her practice evolves with the latest developments in yoga and wellness, keeping her teachings relevant and impactful.

 

Anita’s teaching style is renowned for its inspirational quality, skillful sequencing, and perfect balance of challenge and ease. She creates classes that prioritize breath and sensations, encouraging students to appreciate the gift of embodiment and cultivate gratitude.​

 

Currently, Anita teaches private sessions, both in-person and online, and group classes at YogaSix, in Cornelius-NC, where she also leads Yoga Teacher Trainings and workshops.
