This 8-week yoga series is your invitation to slow down and turn inward — even in the height of summer. With longer days, busier schedules, and exciting travel plans, we often forget to pause and recharge. Root to Rise is designed to gently counterbalance the outward pull of summer with grounding flows, mobility-based deep stretches, calming breathwork, and soul-soothing meditations. Each week includes: • 1 x 30-minute Flow: to move intentionally, build connection, and reset the body • 1 x 20-minute Deep Stretch & Mobility session: to release tension and increase freedom • 1 x 10-minute Breathwork & Meditation practice: to calm the nervous system and cultivate stillness Bonus: optional journaling prompts No pressure. No pushing. Just practices to come back home to yourself — again and again.
